Besetting, Ensnaring, Clinging Sin?

What lights you up? What is it that gets you so frustrated you lose control? Hebrews 12:1 talks about ‘besetting sins’ in the KJV. Other translations use different words to describe those moments when we lose it AND give the help we need to change.
